2. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our agent. Your counter-notice must include your physical signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Peak Soft Library reserves the right to terminate access or ban user contributions if they are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
